ABOUT ME

Daish Malani

Hi im Daish, also known as dj Ahimsa. I am a qualified Graphic Designer and Animator, with lots of experience in Print as well as Web Design. In my spare time i do a fair bit of Photography and love to make Digital Art in Photshop.I also paint and enjoy both mediums equally. I am interested in Health and worked for an Organic Vegetable distributor in Australia. I have also studied Massage and also Yoga while living in an ashram and plan to continue this in the future.

I am a Dj. I play indian and Middle Easten electronica, mainly chillout. I also play progressive/psychedelic Trance and have worked on setup at many music festivals in Australia. Rainbow Serpent is one of my favoutrite trance gatherings worldwide.Music is a big passion of mine, and I enjoy many genres. I have dj'd in many contries and eventually will release an album of my own music.

Currently I live in Tokyo, Japan. I have been doing web design here, and am a Junior High School English teacher, as I love to be around children and am always looking for something new and exciting to do. I love to travel and have lived in various places around the world, including Mumbai, India for some time.
